Nestled in a valley surrounded by a vast farming influence Westmoreland is a historical community on the Oregon Trail.Our school district is one of the best in the state as well as being recognized in the nation boasting our Blue Ribbon Jr/Sr High School. Our citizens are served by a mayor and 5 member council.
